Kids Club Attendant - Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring the young guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s Kids Club facilities, including the activities. You will be responsible for taking care of them with a warm and sincere welcome. Monitoring the young guest needs and safety, ensuring that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner is paramount to this role.

What will I be doing?

As a Kids Club Attendant, you are responsible for assisting the Kids Club Supervisor and your immediate superior in ensuring, administering and checking the day to day operations of the club with regards to the following section:

• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
• Assist guests with their needs in the kids club area.
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Organizing activities for the kids.
• Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club
• Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child
• Create an inventory of all toys/equipment at the club
• Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained
• Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Manager
• Ensure all the club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
• Be fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
