Job Description

As a Key Account Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by managing and expanding relationships with major clients. Your expertise in understanding client needs and mapping them effectively to our product offerings will ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the strategic partner for our key accounts, providing tailored solutions to help solve their business challenges. Your role will not just be confined to maintaining strong relationships, but you will also actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Through your strategic insight and commercial acumen, you will support the achievement of our sales goals and, in turn, fuel the success of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' business strategies and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are comprehensively met and exceeded.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement solutions to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and proposals to key account stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, providing insight into performance and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve shared sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities to better serve clients.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies to optimize account management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, particularly in key account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven experience securing large-scale deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate constructive reports and recommendations.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
