Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing business relationships with our top customers. You'll be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities within them. You will be the lead point of contact, ensuring that our customers' needs are efficiently addressed by coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value. As a strategic and enthusiastic leader, your main goal will be to strengthen and secure our position as an indispensable partner. This position requires a unique blend of sales and relationship management skills, allowing you to optimize our market share and customer satisfaction in alignment with the company’s strategies and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account issues and disputes.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs and goals.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status.
  • Develop strategies to extend account reach, profitability, and client fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and troubleshoot escalations.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and cultivate new leads.
  • Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer strategies.
  • Mange account-related day-to-day tasks and coordinate with the operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing key accounts or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and client retention success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High-level attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset are vital.
