Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager for our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for building strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of our services and products. You will be the main point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services, and working to increase our revenue through these strategic relationships. A successful Key Account Manager will be both results-driven and customer-focused, willing to go the extra mile to achieve success and meet the company’s goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts and respond to queries promptly.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value.
  • Ongoing analysis of account performance and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on client needs and performance outcomes for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize company profits and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape dynamics.
  • Present service and product updates to existing clients through professional presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop focused growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Monitor financial health of accounts and provide insight for fiscal planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in account management or sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Ability to analyze client data and deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult client situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to manage account data systematically.
