Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and enhance relationships with our most important clients. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met, and that they are satisfied with the services we provide. Your role is crucial in developing strategies that nurture client relationships and build trust, ensuring our clients view us as essential partners for their success. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client needs, develop custom solutions, and increase sales opportunities within key accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all key client matters and requests.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or problems faced by the clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through new or upgraded solutions.
  • Create reports and conduct performance reviews against client KPIs and company metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better advise clients.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify and grow opportunities within territory of accounts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with account stakeholders to review account performance and strategize improvements.
  • Prepare reports on account status and forecast client needs and future challenges.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to proactively identify potential risks or advancements beneficial to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required for client interaction.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong background in sales and client relationship management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems with innovative solutions.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to understand and advocate for client-specific solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage account logistics.
