Job Description

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our organization by managing and nurturing key client accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for our most important customers and will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. Your ability to develop strategies for account growth, anticipate client needs, and deliver exceptional service is essential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and work towards achieving set business goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and growth opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues affecting customer satisfaction promptly.
  • Assist clients in understanding product features and implementing solutions optimally.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client portfolios.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align client's brand strategies and promotions.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client requirements.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office for data management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts.
