Job Description

As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our organization’s most valued clients. Your primary goal will be to focus on maximizing long-term revenue opportunities by becoming a strategic partner and understanding the client's needs and objectives. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently to meet deadlines. As the liaison between clients and internal teams, your efforts will drive client satisfaction and overall business success. You will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts while delivering exceptional service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts for business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and requests on account matters.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied and informed of all account activities.
  • Understand client needs and work strategically to address them while aligning with company goals.
  • Organize regular account review meetings to discuss performance and future strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits for the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement client service and delivery processes.
  • Analyse client performance metrics and generate insightful reports to guide decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Monitor market trends and client industry developments to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Resolve any issues or problems encountered by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strategic plans to boost client satisfaction and enhance the client experience continually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in account management and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for better client relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to drive long-term partnerships and beneficial deals.
  • Ability to handle stress and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for business operations.
