Job Title:** KA Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary**

The KA Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics operations for key accounts within JD.com. This role involves ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing key account expectations, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues for designated Key Accounts (KAs).
  • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics process for KA orders, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactively identify potential logistics bottlenecks or delays and implement corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams (e.g., warehouse, carriers, sales).
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction for KAs.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports on KA logistics operations, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with KA managers and sales teams to understand specific client requirements and tailor logistics solutions accordingly.
  • Manage and resolve any logistics-related disputes or escalations from KAs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant logistics regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in strategic planning for KA logistics improvements and new service offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or high-volume client relationships is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation (road, rail, air, sea), and last-mile delivery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with internal teams and key account representatives.
