Job Description
- Assist in planning, preparing, and presenting dishes according to company standards.
- Support the Sous Chef in managing kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Help manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
- Participate in menu planning, recipe development, and special events preparation.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and food presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- The work location is Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
