Junior Quality Controller 27O25

As a Junior Quality Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before reaching our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with production staff, providing support and feedback to enhance product quality and safety. You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and audits, maintaining detailed documentation of inspections and testing, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an excellent position for someone detail-oriented, with a keen eye for precision, interested in gaining experience in quality control in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and collaborate with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement in our quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of product inspections and testing processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control processes and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about industry best practices.
• Support the Quality Assurance Manager in preparing reports and analysis findings.
• Ensure all quality control equipment is maintained and properly calibrated.
• Conduct reviews of customer feedback and work towards resolution of quality complaints.
• Adhere to safety protocols during inspections and audits to prevent workplace hazards.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions to enhance quality.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align on quality expectations and goals.
• Support senior quality staff in daily tasks and special quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on the finer details.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing quality standards and procedures.
