Junior Quality Controller (225-927)

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.

• Document quality issues and file comprehensive reports for management review.
• Participate in training sessions to keep updated with quality control standards.
• Support the senior quality controllers in executing quality assurance plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to quality processes.
• Ensure all testing equipment and tools are well-maintained and calibrated properly.
• Monitor production processes and offer feedback on enhancing product quality.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure resolution of quality issues.
• Communicate effectively with various department managers concerning quality control issues.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and inspection results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a quality control position or similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities required.
• Familiarity with quality testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
• Basic understanding of industry standards and regulatory guidelines important.
