Junior Quality Controller 07J26

As a Junior Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the required standards and specifications. You will work closely with senior quality assurance team members to inspect products, identify any defects, and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Inspect and test products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Document inspection findings and quality issues in the appropriate systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support senior quality controllers in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects as needed.
• Conduct audits and inspections under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support quality efforts.
• Report on quality metrics and performance indicators to management regularly.
• Learn and adhere to company quality policies and industry regulations.
• Provide feedback to team leads on process improvements for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, highly desired.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
