We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team in the beauty industry. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be playing a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key account clients in the beauty sector.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic account plans and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with brand partners to develop marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to propose innovative business solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account activities and business performance.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and terms to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and networking.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively.
  • Proven skill in managing multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office products for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • A keen interest in beauty trends and developments in the beauty market.
