Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Key Account Manager to join our beauty products division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the growth and development of our key accounts, wherein you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellence. As a Junior Key Account Manager, your primary duty will be to work closely with senior managers to execute strategies that drive sales and foster customer loyalty. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, giving you a holistic view of the business operations and enabling you to contribute to the company's success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account clients in the beauty sector.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic account plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance for assigned key accounts and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align account strategies with promotional activities.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and generate innovative ideas to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing key account clients.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or complaints from key account clients promptly.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product orders.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with key account clients under senior guidance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance competitive advantage.
  • Develop monthly reports detailing account performance and areas for improvement.
  • Support senior management in forecasting and budgeting for key account activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage key client relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary for data interpretation and problem-solving.
