Junior Instructional Designer

We are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to support the development of engaging digital learning content for a large-scale education platform for high-school students.

This role is ideal for someone early in their instructional design career. Who wants hands-on experience designing courses, activities, and assessments alongside senior learning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of digital courses and learning activities
  
• Assist in building course outlines, storyboards, and assessment items
  
• Review and organize content from external vendors
  
• Help implement learning content within the LMS
  
• Conduct QA checks for accuracy, clarity, and learner experience
  
• Support revisions based on feedback from senior designers
  
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or education
  
• Academic background in education, instructional design, learning sciences, or related fields
  
• Understanding of learning outcomes and assessment basics
  
• Strong written communication skills
  
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva, Genially, H5P)
  
• Exposure to LMS platforms
  
• Interest in career education, student pathways, or digital learning
  
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
