Job Description

In this role as a Junior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for Credit Control within assigned unit and also managing the overall legal cases for the region.

Implements the organization’s credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, repayments are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum, and arrears are economically collected.

Be the guardian of our accounts, where you’ll balance precision, problem-solving, and people skills to drive financial stability.

Here Are Some Key Responsibilities To Look Forward To

  • Ensure that the credit and collections activities are conducted effectively and comply with the organization’s policies
  • ensure that decisions on credit limits and unblocking of account are in line with the Group Policy
  • Ensuring a close monitoring of overdue receivables are performed supporting the Team leader & Regional Credit Controller.
  • Cross countries coordination – working with best practice / ERP processes
  • Support in financial and tax audits concerning accounts receivables
  • Responsible for assigned Impero controls submission with quality for assigned controls.
  • Collection of cash & ensure end of day balance matches with the reports.
  • Ensure necessary coordination & sharing of information with GBS teams in Pune & Poland to enable cleaner books.
  • Coordination with CSD teams to ensure smooth flow of business.
  • Coordination with internal legal teams & external legal authorities for ongoing customer legal cases both local and at regional level.
  • Drive monthly AR review process with commercial team.
  • Periodical review of credit limit and payment process.

This role will be based in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and will directly report into Credit Control Team Lead.

Furthermore, we expect that you have

  • Experienced as a local Credit Controller, an ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years’ experience
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, Power BI and ERP system (any)
  • Ability to establish links with multiple internal and external partners
  • Strong Communication skills (Arabic language will be an add on)
  • Efficient planning and organization skills
  • Flexible and adaptable demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
  • Ensures accountability for results.
