Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assist in developing business strategies to optimize operations and profitability.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement data collection tools and techniques.
  • Support senior analysts in conducting thorough gap analysis and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support the generation of performance dashboards.
  • Provide recommendations based on insights drawn from data analyses.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
