Job Description

Provides computational support to animal and poultry genomics projects, focusing on data processing, GWAS pipelines, and basic downstream analyses.

Minimum Qualification

Ph.D/MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
Working knowledge of Python or R.
Familiarity with genomics tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualification

Expected Skills

Perform sequencing QC, alignment, and variant calling.
Assist with GWAS and genotype–phenotype association workflows.
Generate summary statistics, plots, and basic visualizations.
Maintain scripts and documentation.
Support Research Associates with data interpretation.
