What will you do:

Master spirits and the art of cocktails. Execute unique creations that reflect our Brand Identity.
Mentor your team, guide them to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop their skills.
Ensure smooth operations, facilitate effective communication and manage administrative tasks.
Stay on top of trends, monitor customer satisfaction and innovate to improve our service.

What you need:

At least 4 years' F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or in a busy cocktail bar.
Perfect command of spoken and written English, attention to detail, organizing, and stress management.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
