  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive office experience.
  • Respond to phone, email, and face-to-face inquiries with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures documentation as needed.
  • Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education qualification is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Excellent time management abilities and the capability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
