As a Juice Bar Attendant, you will bring energy and vitality to our guests by preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy refreshments, ensuring every experience is delivered with the elegance and care that defines our brand.

What will I be doing?

As Juice Bar Attendant, you will:

  • Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages to guests in line with recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure the juice bar area is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with fresh ingredients.
  • Assist guests with menu selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations on ingredients and health benefits.
  • Handle guest requests and special dietary requirements with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all preparation and serving areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor for replenishment.
  • Handle payments accurately and in line with Hilton cash-handling policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage team.


What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally within luxury hospitality or wellness environments.
  • Knowledge of fresh juices, smoothies, and health-focused beverage preparation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Attention to detail, particularly in presentation and hygiene.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
