Java Developer Orkes Netflix Conductor

Job Role: - Java Developer ( Orkes / Netflix Conductor )

Job Location: - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: -3-6 Years

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java / Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize workflow orchestration using Orkes or Netflix Conductor.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and external services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver scalable systems.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and system tests.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance or reliability issues.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java microservices and workflows.
• Set up alerts, dashboards, and perform root cause analysis for workflow failures.
• Work with DevOps/SRE for deployment, scaling, and system stability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability.

• Strong programming skills in Java (8 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Orkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor.
• Proficient in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring/logging tools.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
