Italian Cuisine Chef - CDP Level - Private Family

Apt Resources is currently looking for an experienced Italian Cuisine Chef at the Chef de Partie (CDP) level to join the private kitchen of a distinguished family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation tailored to the familys preferences and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Italian dishes with precision and creativity.
• Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus based on the familys preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure all ingredients used are fresh and sourced to high standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist in inventory control and manage ordering of ingredients for the Italian cuisine station.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to innovate and improve italian culinary offerings.
  
  

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
• Previous experience working in private family kitchens or high-end environments is desirable.
• Must be currently based in UAE.
• Must be available for 1 day trial in Abu Dhabi
