The IT Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments. You will also monitor system performance, configure security permissions, and perform regular data backup operations. Your expertise will be vital in developing disaster recovery plans and ensuring data integrity and security. Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, maintenance, and updates of server operating systems and applications.
• Ensure the overall health, performance, and security of all IT systems across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with network administration and a deep understanding of network protocols.
• Strong proficiency in managing virtual environments using tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, and UNIX server platforms and their respective management tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
