The IT Support Engineer is a critical role within an organization tasked with resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role within the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and relevant software applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose problems quickly.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to assist non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under minimal supervision.
