Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our IT products and solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships and understanding their specific technology needs to provide tailored IT solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in IT sales. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be capable of understanding technical information related to our products to effectively convey their benefits to potential clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned region or industry.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to maximize their lifetime value.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of the products offered.
  • Create and present effective sales proposals to potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as determined by the management.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously update knowledge of IT products and industry trends to remain competitive.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and present IT products effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
