Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and business development efforts of our technology solutions within a designated market. Your primary objective will be to identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting innovative solutions, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Working closely with the technical and marketing teams, you will leverage your expertise and sales acumen to deliver value-added solutions to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and report on sales activities and progress.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and workshops to gather new leads and network.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive actions, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing post-sale support and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales tracks and data.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
