Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, tasked with driving revenue through building and maintaining relationships with clients in need of our IT products and solutions. You will be responsible for identifying potential market opportunities, engaging new clients, and exceeding sales targets. This role demands a dynamic individual who can blend technical knowledge with keen business acumen. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to translate complex IT products into comprehensible solutions for non-technical stakeholders is crucial. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated team player with a passion for technology and a knack for selling high-tech solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive IT product sales.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients through networking and cold-calling.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor product solutions to client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with detailed notes and progress on sales activities.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals successfully.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company products.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional material and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field required.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and technology trends in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is required.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to achieve and surpass goals.
