Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships within the technology sector. Your primary focus will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships to increase market share. You will work closely with clients to understand their technology needs and provide innovative solutions that align with their business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT solutions and services, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing tailored sales proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in IT solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads within designated territories or industry sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and trends in the technology sector.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to generate business leads.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing IT products and services.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large and small enterprise customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients through CRM platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to senior management.
  • Ensure post-sale follow-up to address any technical or service-related issues.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software and hardware.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with varying demands concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite products.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed business objectives.
