IT Project Manager Sharjah

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mid-Level IT Project Manager in Sharjah to lead and coordinate IT and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project execution, stakeholder communication, timelines, risks, vendors, and delivery quality while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

The role requires strong project coordination skills, hands-on follow-up, and the ability to work within multicultural environments and fast-paced customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare meeting minutes/action trackers.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, processes, and quality standards.
• Support change request management and impact assessments.
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely execution.
• Communicate project progress and escalations to management and clients.
• Support procurement, technical coordination, UAT, testing, and handover activities.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting.
  
  

• Experience managing medium-scale IT infrastructure, software, systems integration, or smart technology projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid).
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with government entities
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Vendor and subcontractor management experience.
• Familiarity with MS Project.
• Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Flexiblility to work with multiple time zones in Europe and US
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
