Job Description

A psychologist plays a crucial role in understanding the complex interplay between the mind, brain, and behavior.   • Conduct research and apply evidence-based practices to improve therapeutic outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to remain updated on psychological advancements.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and coping strategies.
  • Advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization in various communities.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • State-issued license to practice psychology, meeting local regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience in clinical roles, with expertise in diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong ability to empathize and establish trust with patients effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to patients.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient conditions and formulate treatment plans.
  • Commitment to ethics and confidentiality concerning sensitive patient information.
