Job Description

As an IT Pre-Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving technical and business solutions for potential clients. Your role will be pivotal in providing the technical know-how and sales acumen to secure new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, providing critical technical insights and expertise to develop effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, crafting tailored IT solutions, and demonstrating these solutions to clients. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine sales strategies for IT solutions.
  • Work closely with potential clients to understand their IT requirements and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Create and present technical solutions that showcase the company's offerings and capabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and tender documentation for IT projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into client solutions.
  • Provide technical advice and support during and after sales negotiations and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
  • Analyze client feedback to refine and improve sales and service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to clients.
  • Act as a primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sale to implementation.
  • Train and support sales teams on relevant IT products and services to enhance their efficacy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical sales or IT pre-sales role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for client engagement.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into practical and tailored IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to maintain effective client and internal relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
