IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all of the company's technology systems and infrastructure. This includes maintaining and updating hardware and software, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise, and ensuring the security and stability of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and direct the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of all company technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise

- Keep up-to-date with new developments in the technology industry and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades

- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support their business objectives

- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT services

- Oversee the IT budget and make strategic decisions about technology investments and resources

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards related to technology usage and data protection

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role

- Strong technical background with knowledge of hardware, software, and networks

- Proven experience managing and developing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- In-depth understanding of security, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

- Familiarity with project management and ITIL concepts

- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business needs
