You will be tasked with enhancing and optimizing the infrastructure for improved performance and increased security. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, your role will include collaborating with other technical teams to ensure the seamless integration and interoperability of various IT systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing detailed documentation, and following industry best practices to ensure business continuity. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
• Monitor and maintain network and server performance and security.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup procedures to ensure data availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate detailed performance reports.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate improvements.
• Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure all infrastructure components meet security and compliance standards.
• Document infrastructure processes and update technical documentation regularly.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and other departments.
• Plan and execute upgrades and enhancements to IT systems as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of network and server hardware and software systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with technical and non-technical staff.
