Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience working in IT infrastructure or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server configuration, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in managing Windows, Linux, or UNIX operating systems and environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams and technical personnel.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or VMware are a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and practices in IT service management.
