Inventory Management officers

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Officers to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Inventory Management Officers will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular inventory counts, and monitoring stock levels to ensure timely replenishment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for operational needs.
• Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to track trends, identify issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, generate purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Work with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, plan for upcoming projects, and support business operations.
• Implement best practices for storage, handling, and distribution of inventory items to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Train and supervise inventory management staff to ensure proper procedures are followed and department goals are met.
