Job Description

Developing plans that encourage and create educational and cultural opportunities with external parties for various groups at the United Arab Emirates University preparing visit programs for international delegations and guests to the university and recepitions’ procedures in coordination with the concerned departments/units. /Coordinating with the relevant authorities in the university for preparation and organization of international conferences and symposia *Developing plans that contribute to making international partnerships and creating training opportunities for different groups at the UAE University*Participating in developing initiatives to promote the university internationally and following up their implementation.*Participating in developing plans to participate in international academic exhibitions and conferences *Exploring local, regional and international situations with the aim of exploiting all opportunities to enhance the role of the university and to contribute to developing international community *Preparing lists of international invitees for university events and sending invitations to them in a timely manner *Participating in archiving, evaluating and following up on international agreements *Defining international partners and preparing and updating a database that includes the names of state officials *Coordinating with the concerned units to update information of cultural and international relations on the university's website Coordinating with the concerned units for media coverage of international conferences and symposia in which the university participates * Able to travel for attending/organizing international events *Performing any other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations)

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations)
