You start your day aligning with senior stakeholders in Gas Services on key priorities and communication needs. From there, you refine leadership messages and develop clear storylines for strategic and operational topics.
Throughout the day, you translate complex content into concise, impactful communication, collaborate with colleagues to sharpen ideas, and independently manage communication projects in an international environment supporting transformation and change.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Leadership and executive communications for Gas Services, including development of clear, impactful messaging for senior stakeholders
- Development, structuring, and refinement of strategic, operational, and transformation-related communication content and storylines
- Translation of complex topics into clear, audience-specific messages with strong focus on tone, context, and impact
- Independent management of communication projects in a global, international environment, including close collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Active contribution to internal communication, storytelling formats, and change and transformation initiatives
- Collaboration within cross-functional teams to challenge, refine, and improve communication outputs and ideas
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field, or equivalent experience in a professional communications environment
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in internal or corporate communications or comparable communication-focused roles
- Strong writing, structuring, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and concise messages
- Confidence and professionalism in working with senior stakeholders in an international and diverse environment
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong ownership and execution capability
- Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new topics and adapt communication to different audiences and contexts
About The Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
