Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure design feasibility and adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, furniture, and other design elements required for projects.
• Oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and other design elements in project spaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to inform design decisions.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design plans and client expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans and client communications.
• Manage adjustments to design plans based on client feedback and site constraints.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of three years of professional interior design experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
• Exceptional project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
• Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and creative design solutions.
