Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences.

• Create mood boards and presentations to convey design concepts to clients.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders for project execution.
• Ensure all design projects are delivered on time and adhere to budget constraints.
• Manage project timelines and keep clients updated on progress regularly.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with interior design trends and ensure designs are innovative and up-to-date.
• Utilize design software and tools to create detailed 3D renderings and visualizations.
• Oversee the installation of furnishing and accessories to achieve the final look.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry professionals and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer or similar role for at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of design aesthetics and trends.
