Interior Designer 07N25

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer for the 07N25 position. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Create detailed designs and presentations using CAD and design software.
• Develop mood boards, color schemes, and material selections for projects.
• Work collaboratively with architects and contractors to implement design plans.
• Ensure designs are functional, safe, and meet building regulations and codes.
• Source materials and furnishings, negotiating with suppliers for best prices.
• Maintain project timelines ensuring completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Continuously research and stay updated on current trends and advancements in design.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and work within financial agreements with clients.
• Supervise installation and oversee quality control during project execution.
• Manage projects from initial concept to final delivery ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to ensure client expectations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design or related industry.
• Proficiency in CAD, design software, and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range and depth of design capabilities.
• Exceptional visual and spatial awareness with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
