Intensive Care Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Intensive Care Consultant to join our dedicated critical care team. As an Intensive Care Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive care of patients with life-threatening conditions, coordinating treatments, and mentoring junior healthcare staff. Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist clinical care and management of critically ill patients in the ICU
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and use diagnostic tools to guide care decisions
• Supervise, educate, and support junior medical and nursing staff
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients families regarding treatment plans and patient progress
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
  
  

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with current medical license
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or related specialty
• Minimum of 5 years ICU experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced critical care settings
