Intensive Care Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Care Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role requires an expert in critical care medicine who is committed to delivering exceptional medical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). You will play a pivotal role in managing critically ill patients and guiding a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in clinical decision-making, comprehensive patient assessment, and the implementation of evidence-based treatment protocols. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and effective communication with patients families will be essential components of the role.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Lead and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
• Perform patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Mentor and support junior medical staff and healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with patients families to explain treatment and prognosis

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid medical licensure
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or related specialty
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an intensive care setting
