Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor or similar role is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of insurance products and policies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and advise on suitable insurance plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Must hold a valid insurance advisor license in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and insurance industry tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
