The Inspector – Water 25M26 position is a vital role focused on ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of water systems within a specified jurisdiction. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective measures taken.
  • Work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure comprehensive compliance efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in water systems inspection or similar field.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal water regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in using water testing and inspection equipment effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate assessments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to work independently in various environmental conditions and terrains.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to inspection sites regularly.
  • Certification in water safety or inspection practices is highly desirable.
