Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls and set up meetings for the sale steam.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, meeting daily outbound calling volume targets, sharing tailored proposals, and following up consistently to move opportunities toward closure. The role involves close collaboration with Sales and product teams to refine messaging, understand customer use cases, and ensure a smooth handover to enable a qualified meeting. The Inside Sales Specialist will use CRM tools to track activities, manage sales pipeline, calling volume and follow ups to ensure that weekly/monthly meeting targets are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales skills with experience managing a structured sales pipeline to set up meetings for the Sales team
• Proven Lead Generation capabilities, including qualifying prospects, nurturing opportunities, and managing follow-ups.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident virtual presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales metrics; experience in SaaS, AI, or communication platforms is a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience selling to SMEs or mid-market customers in the UAE region and multilingual skills are beneficial
• Prior inside sales experience is a big plus but not mandatory as long as you can make at least 50 outbound sales call per day
