Job Summary

Meet with MSFT Customer Success clients to review their current Security Posture for M365 Copilot and Azure.

Assess clients current M365 Azure and Copilot security readiness initiatives and analyze the gaps

Assess the M365 and Azure Secure Score and Identify the gaps

Responsibilities

Consulting Level Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Microsoft M365 Security and Azure Security.

Consultant level technical Experience understanding current M365 Azure and Copilot security readiness

Deep technical Experience on access management data security (e.g. Zero Trust principles multifactor authentication least privilege access).

Deep expertise on AI integration into solutions like Microsoft Defender for Securing AI Workloads with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Purview and Sentinel in Azure Landing Zones XDR and Microsoft Sentinel. Microsoft Purview data governance discovery and compliance guardrails.

Monitor the AI environment for threats assessthe incidents and conduct proactive threat hunting using AI powered tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Cloud

Reads security information and reports manages security policies in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 and coordinates on AI related security incidents.

Experience on Defining Data boundaries classify sensitive data implement data loss prevention (DLP) and insider risk management policies using tools like Microsoft Purview

Manages all aspects of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI related enterprise services including approving/publishing Copilot agents configuring AI services and monitoring service health and usage analytics.

5-10 Years of Overall Technology Consulting Experience Strong Track Record of Client Facing Presentations with Outstanding Communication Skills

5+ Years of M365 Security and Azure Experience with a Focus on Cloud Transformation/Migration Governance and Financial Operations

2+ Years Experience on Implementing Security for Copilot

3+ years of experience in implementing Solutions for Microsoft M365 Security Microsoft Purview and Defender Suite transformation / Migration.

Knowledge on security frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls.

Good Knowledge of security frameworks such as MCSB PCIDSS CIS Controls and Microsoft Architectural frameworks CAF and WAF.

Microsoft security Engineer/Architect collaborate with business stakeholders architects identity administrators Azure administrators and endpoint administrators to secure IT systems for the organization.

Analyzing organization data security governance and user data to ensure readiness followed by tracking adoption metrics after rollout.

Microsoft Entra Identity and Access Management (Azure Active Directory AAD B2B B2C Verified IDs RBAC PIM Conditional access policies JIT Zero trust principles Password Protection Identity protection)

Threat Protection (Advanced Threat Analytics Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Office 365 Threat Protection and Defender Threat Intelligence)

Microsoft purview (Information Protection Data Loss Prevention eDiscovery Record Management Rights Management Message Encryption Legal hold Audit Microsoft Purview Customer Key)
