Influencer Marketing Officer UAE National

Job Description

Support the delivery of Etihad Airways' global influencer marketing programme by managing creator partnerships, campaign execution, travel logistics and performance reporting. The role contributes to brand, destination and commercial objectives by identifying and activating relevant influencer partnerships, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and providing insights into campaign effectiveness across priority markets.

• Coordinate Influencer marketing campaigns from planning and briefing through to execution, reporting and campaign close-out
• Research, identify and evaluate influencers aligned with brand positioning, route priorities and campaign objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and external partners
• Negotiate deliverables, content rights, timelines and partnership agreements
• Coordinate campaign logistics including flights, hotels, transfers, experiences and itineraries
• Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout campaign delivery
• Resolve operational, travel and campaign-related challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor content delivery and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contractual requirements
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports against agreed KPIs
• Conduct social listening, influencer intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain campaign trackers, purchase orders and invoice processing
• Support influencer events, familiarization trips and destination marketing initiatives
  
  

• UAE National
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
• 4 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships or related marketing roles
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from concept through to reporting
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms
• Experience coordinating travel logistics and external stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Aviation, tourism, hospitality or travel industry experience is an advantage
