Job Description

An Indoor Sales Executive plays a vital role in the sales department by directly engaging with customers to facilitate various sales processes within the company. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer services and support.

  • Draft and send detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and ongoing customer requests to ensure a positive sales process experience.
  • Identify and resolve customer queries effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Contribute to the development of sales initiatives that can drive more business opportunities.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions to keep accurate records for future reference.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance sales tactics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales-related role required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to excel in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments efficiently.
  • A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
