Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues or potential problems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, identifying faulty components and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess system performance accurately.
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and filters.
  • Ensure that all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Handle and dispose of refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Perform leak testing, recover, and recycle refrigerants as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and labor hours.
  • Provide detailed reports to clients and supervisors, outlining the status of HVAC systems and recommended actions.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Provide clear explanations of HVAC issues and repair options.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and report safety hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements

Requirements


  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification, as required by state or local regulations.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their functions.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record.
